Episode 41: Charles Solorio

by | Jun 2, 2021 | Podcast | 0 comments

Thank you for tuning in for another episode of Life’s Best Medicine. Charles Solorio is a physical therapist who is also an avid story teller and lover of stories.

Brian and Charles talk about how people can understand their lives and the lives of others as stories. They discuss how bias can distort the stories we tell ourselves about others, the components that make up a great story, and the importance of trying to see the objective story of life rather than living in one’s own narrow perspective. Charles goes on to explain why it is ultimately not healthy or interesting to be the determiner of what is right and wrong, and the benefits of considering life from the perspective of God.

Life’s Best Medicine According to Charles: “Get your story straight. It is not your story. It is not my story, Ultimately, it is God’s story. We dwell in His story. Live according to this. That is when you truly find out who you are, how you were made, and how the author of Creation knitted and weaved you in a certain way.”

Thank you for listening. Have a blessed day and stay healthy!
